If there is ever a piece of work that you aren’t 100% happy with, please let me know, so I can work with you in understanding what went wrong.  In the first instance I ask that you allow me to re-do the task and complete the work in the way expected – at no extra cost to you.

If you still aren’t happy, I’ll be happy to activate your refund.
